Subprocessors
To run Reunionbase we rely on a small set of trusted providers. Each one processes data only to perform work for us, under terms that require them to protect it.

Current subprocessors
The providers below help us host the Service, process payments, send email, and deliver specific features. This list reflects the providers currently in use.
Purpose. Payment processing and subscription billing.
Data processed. Billing contact, card details entered at checkout (held by Stripe, never by us), subscription and dues payment records.
Purpose. Database, authentication, and file storage hosting.
Data processed. Account and family data, member roster, photos and videos, family tree, and all content you create in the app.
Purpose. Application hosting and privacy-friendly usage analytics.
Data processed. Requests to the site, IP address, device and browser information, and aggregate usage.
Purpose. Delivery of transactional email.
Data processed. Recipient email address and the content of invites, reminders, and receipts we send.
Purpose. Generating custom apparel artwork from the prompts you enter in the design studio.
Data processed. The text prompts you submit to generate a design.
Purpose. Print-on-demand fulfillment and shipping for merch orders.
Data processed. Order details and the shipping name and address you provide at checkout.
Purpose. Event and activity discovery links near your reunion location.
Data processed. The event location you enter, used to build search links. No account data is shared.
Purpose. Sign-in with Google, only when you choose it to log in.
Data processed. The email address and basic profile Google returns for authentication.
Changes and notice
We may add or replace subprocessors as the Service grows. When we do, we will update this page. How we handle your data overall is described in our Privacy Policy.
