Copyright and DMCA Policy

If you believe content on Reunionbase infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a notice to hello@reunionbase.comwith the subject "DMCA Notice." Your notice should include:

• Your name, address, and contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• A description of where the infringing content is on the Service, with enough detail for us to locate it, such as the family site and the specific item.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

When we receive a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the content in question and make a reasonable effort to notify the person who posted it. Because family sites are private, only that family's members can normally see the content, but we still act on valid notices.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to hello@reunionbase.com. It should include your contact information, identify the content that was removed and where it appeared, and include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error, along with your consent to jurisdiction as required by law and your signature. If appropriate, we may restore the content.

We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others, consistent with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
