Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how the free trial, billing, cancellations, and refunds work so there are no surprises.
Effective July 2, 2026
1. The 14-day free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to begin the trial, but you are not charged during the 14 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not billed at all.
2. Subscription billing
When your trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged for the plan and interval you chose, monthly or annual. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You can see your plan and renewal date in your billing settings.
3. Canceling
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and it does not renew after that.
- You keep access to your plan features until the period you already paid for ends.
- You are not charged again unless you resubscribe.
4. Refunds
Because we offer a full 14-day free trial before any charge, we generally do not provide refunds for subscription fees already paid, including for partial billing periods after you cancel. We want you to be treated fairly, so if you were charged in error, believe there was a billing mistake, or have a special circumstance, contact us at hello@reunionbase.com and we will review your request in good faith. Any refund we approve is issued to your original payment method.
5. Member dues
Dues collected from your family's members are separate from your Reunionbase subscription. Your organization sets the dues amounts and terms and decides on any refunds of dues. Reunionbase provides the tools to collect dues but is not a party to them. Requests to refund dues should go to your family's organizer or treasurer, not to Reunionbase.
6. Merch orders
Custom apparel and merch are produced on demand by our fulfillment partner. Because each item is made to order, we can replace or refund items only where they arrive damaged, defective, or wrong. Contact us at hello@reunionbase.com within a reasonable time after delivery with your order details and photos of the issue.
7. Price changes
If we change the price of a plan, we will give you reasonable notice, and the new price applies to your next billing period. You can cancel before it takes effect if you do not want to continue.
