Everything organizers ask, in one place.
Privacy, pricing, the free trial, and how the family joins. If your question is not here, the details live on the pricing page and in how it works.
Can other families see our information?+
No. Your reunion site is completely private to your family. Other families using Reunionbase can never see your members, photos, or payments, and we never sell or share your information.
How do family members pay dues?+
Members pay online by card in a few taps. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The moment someone pays, their status updates to paid, so you always know where things stand.
Where do our photos live?+
Safely in the cloud, organized into albums by year and event. You can tag the family members in each photo and keep historic documents alongside them.
Can the treasurer get the numbers out?+
Yes. Download everything as a spreadsheet anytime. On the Preserve plan and up, payments can sync straight to QuickBooks.
What will our web address be?+
Each family gets its own link, like reunionbase.com/yourfamily. A fully custom web address is available on higher plans.
How much does Reunionbase cost?+
There are three plans. Gather is 399 a year or 49 a month for up to 100 members, 3 events, and 5 GB of media. Preserve is 799 a year or 99 a month for unlimited members and events, 25 GB, and QuickBooks sync. Legacy is 1,999 a year or 249 a month and adds chapters and sub-groups, white label, and a custom domain. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Do family members have to pay to join?+
No. One organizer pays for the plan, and everyone else joins for free. Family members only ever pay their own reunion dues, and only if your family chooses to collect them.
Does everyone need to download an app?+
No. Reunionbase runs in any web browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. There is nothing to download from an app store. You can also install it to your home screen as a web app if you prefer a one-tap icon.
How does the 14-day free trial work?+
You start a free trial on any plan. A card is required to begin, but you are not charged during the 14 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
Is there a free tier?+
No. Reunionbase does not have a permanent free plan, but every plan comes with a 14-day free trial so you can set up your site and invite the family before you decide.
Are our photos private?+
Yes. Photos and videos are stored privately and are visible only to your family's members. Each family's data is isolated at the database layer, so no other family on Reunionbase can ever see your albums.
What happens after the trial ends?+
If you keep your subscription, billing begins and your site, members, photos, and family tree stay exactly as you set them up. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
Can I cancel or switch plans?+
Yes. You can cancel anytime, and you can move between Gather, Preserve, and Legacy as your family's needs change.
How do you plan a family reunion?+
Start by picking a date, place, and headcount, then keep the money and the memories in one place. In Reunionbase you create a private family site, invite everyone with one link, let the family vote on the date and theme, collect RSVPs with guest counts, collect dues online, sort out lodging, and share photos and the family tree. One organizer sets it up and the whole family joins by tapping a link, with no app to download.
What is the best app for planning a family reunion?+
Reunionbase is an all-in-one family reunion app that combines the pieces most families juggle across group texts, spreadsheets, and cash apps: a private reunion website, voting on the date and theme, RSVPs, online dues collection through Stripe, lodging and hotel blocks, photo albums, and a family tree. Because it runs in any web browser, no one has to download anything.
How do you collect family reunion dues online?+
With Reunionbase, you set the dues amount and family members pay by card in a few taps. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and each person's status updates to paid the moment it clears, so you always see who has paid and who still owes. You can export the records as a spreadsheet, and on Preserve and up sync them to QuickBooks. Automatic email reminders go out so you are not chasing anyone.
Is there a family reunion website builder?+
Yes. Reunionbase gives each family its own private reunion website at a link like reunionbase.com/yourfamily, set up in a few minutes with no code or design work. It holds your RSVPs, dues, lodging, announcements, photos, and family tree in one place. On the Legacy plan you can add a fully custom domain and white labeling.
Can I use Reunionbase for a class reunion?+
Yes. High school and college reunion committees use Reunionbase to invite the whole class with one link, collect ticket money online through Stripe, track RSVPs with guest counts, organize the hotel block, and keep every photo from the night in one private place. Reunionbase works for any reunion where a group of people finds its way back together.
Can Reunionbase be used for church groups, alumni chapters, and Greek organizations?+
Yes. The same tools work for church family days and homecomings, HBCU alumni chapters, fraternities, and sororities: a private member directory, online dues and offerings, RSVPs, voting, announcements, and photos. The Legacy plan adds chapters and sub-groups, white labeling, and a custom domain for larger organizations.
