How do I invite everyone?
Invite the family with one link or by email
Send the invite by email from inside Reunionbase, or copy your link into the group text. Relatives tap it, add their name, and they are in. Give the treasurer and other helpers the exact access they need with roles for admin, treasurer, member, and guest.
How do we settle the date and count heads?
Vote on the details, then collect RSVPs
Let everyone weigh in and vote on the location, date, and theme, then close the vote and lock it in. Family members RSVP going, maybe, or not going with their guest counts, so you always know exactly who is coming.
How do we collect dues without chasing people?

Members pay by card in a few taps. Payments run securely through Stripe, and each person's status updates to paid the moment it clears. See who has paid and who still owes at a glance, export it as a spreadsheet, and on Preserve and up sync it straight to QuickBooks.
How do we share photos and news?
Share memories and keep everyone posted
Upload photos and videos into albums by year and event, tag who is in them, and build the family tree together. Post news like graduations, births, and weddings, and the family gets notified by email and web push. Sort out lodging with hotel blocks and host homes on the travel page.
What happens after the reunion?

Can other families see our information?+
No. Your reunion site is completely private to your family. Other families using Reunionbase can never see your members, photos, or payments, and we never sell or share your information.
How do family members pay dues?+
Members pay online by card in a few taps. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The moment someone pays, their status updates to paid, so you always know where things stand.
Where do our photos live?+
Safely in the cloud, organized into albums by year and event. You can tag the family members in each photo and keep historic documents alongside them.
